Submit a request to delete your Norton account on your Safari browser using Norton Password Manager

If you no longer use the Norton service, you can delete the account at any time using the Norton Password Manager app on your Safari browser.

The Delete My Account option allows you to request deletion of your Norton account and personal information permanently. This process is irreversible. It will also disconnect the subscription from all devices associated with this Norton account. You lose all your Norton protection settings and past activity reports. If you still have an active Norton product subscription, you will need to close that subscription prior to deletion. If you only want to cancel a subscription, and not delete all data, refer to the following Apple support article:

Submit a request to delete your Norton account

  1. On your Safari browser, launch Norton Password Manager.

  2. Sign in to your Norton account and unlock the Norton Password Manager vault.

  3. In the Norton Password Manager page, click Settings.

  4. In the Settings page, click Delete Account.

  5. Read the on-screen instructions and tap Submit a Request.

  6. On the page that appears, fill in the required details, and then tap Submit.

    You will receive a confirmation email after you submit the form from Privacy Team. Follow the instructions in your confirmation email.
