Manage marketing pop-up notifications from Norton

From time to time, you may receive promotional offers related to your subscription (like discounts or special deals) via pop-up notifications that are displayed on your desktop or mobile device.

If you do not want to receive such promotional offers via pop-up notifications, you can disable that functionality, by turning off Special Offer Notification in your Norton app.

Turning off Special Offer Notification will not stop all pop-up notifications, only those related to promotional offers. You will continue to receive service pop-up notifications related to your account, service, and subscription status.

Follow the below instructions if you wish to opt out of receiving promotional offers via pop-up notifications.

Turn off Special Offer Notifications on Norton device security for Windows

1. Open Norton protection.

   If you see the My Norton window, next to Device Security, click Open.

2. In the Norton product main window, click Settings.

3. In the Settings window, click Administrative Settings.

4. In the Special Offer Notification row, slide the switch to Off.

   If you are a trial user, you cannot turn off this option.

5. In the Settings window, click Apply, and then click Close.
