[IKB] Resolve LifeLock Mobile App Crashing or Freezing at Launch

To resolve this issue, update your LifeLock app to the latest version. If the issue persists even after updating the app or no updates available, try reinstalling the app.

A. Update the LifeLock app to the latest version

iOS:

1. Open the App Store on your mobile, and search for the LifeLock app.

2. Next to the LifeLock app, tap Update.

   You can see the Update option only if a new version of the app is available.

Android:

1. Open the Google Play Store app on your mobile, and search for the Norton 360 app.

2. Next to the LifeLock app, tap Update.

   You can see the Update option only if a new version of the LifeLock app is available.

If you still have issues, then uninstall and reinstall the LifeLock app.

B. If the problem persists, even after reinstalling the app, then gather the following information:

• Logs
• Screenshots
• Exact user experience
• OS version
• Device details
