This feature is available only for users subscribed to Norton 360 with LifeLock plans. This feature is not available in all countries.

You can also monitor your credit to help protect against financial fraud. A Member Services & Support agent will not be able to provide our members with their updated credit score & report. You must sign in to view this information.

Activate and monitor your personal information

1. Open your Norton device security product.

2. On the left pane, click LifeLock.

3. In the LifeLock dashboard, in the ID Theft Protection tile, click Activate.

4. Follow the on-screen instructions to activate ID Theft Protection.

5. Once the activation is complete, in the ID Theft Protection tile, click Open.

6. If prompted, type in your Norton account credentials, and you can add your personal information. You can also view and monitor your personal information.

Activate and review your credit score & report

1. Open your Norton device security product.

2. On the left pane, click LifeLock.

3. In the LifeLock dashboard, in the Credit Score and Report tile, click Activate.

4. Follow the on-screen instructions to activate Credit Score and Report.

5. Once the activation is complete, in the Credit Score and Report tile, click Open.

6. If prompted, type in your Norton account credentials.

7. Do one of the following:

   • If you see the My Norton page, click the Credit tab.

   • If you see the Member Portal page, click Credit Score & Report tab.

8. Click Get Latest Credit Score & Report to get your latest credit score and report (frequency based on your plan)

9. Use the tabs at the top to view the different sections of your credit report. You can use the option at the top-right to download your credit report.

   Your credit score history and report downloads will only reflect the periods when you request your score and report.
