Next steps for LifeLock members after upgrading to Norton 360 with LifeLock

Congratulations! We have upgraded your protection with the new Norton 360 with LifeLock. Feel more secure knowing that you have all-in-one protection from Norton LifeLock - dedicated to your Cyber Safety and your ally in the fight against cyberthreats. You still have all of your existing LifeLock features plus Norton device security and VPN benefits.

New dashboard

No need to reenter information, including your personal details and credit card data from your old LifeLock member portal, we have moved your information over to a new dashboard called My Norton.

Login with the new username and password you created after the upgrade and click ID Theft Protection in the new dashboard. To access the dashboard, visit My.Norton.com.

If you do not remember your password, visit My.Norton.com and click Sign In. In the Sign in page, click Forgot password? and follow the on-screen instructions to recover your password.

New app

Take your protection on-the-go with the LifeLock for Norton 360 app at Google Play or App store.

If you are using the original LifeLock app, uninstall and download LifeLock for Norton 360 app. The app provides you access to your new protection features.
