You may have some issues accessing your Internet when you are connected to Norton VPN. To fix this issue, change the VPN protocol settings in your VPN product and try again. Depending on the operating system, choose one of the following to change the VPN protocol settings:
Open Norton VPN app on your desktop.
On the Norton dashboard, do one of the following, depending on your VPN plan:
Norton VPN Standard: Click the VPN Preferences tab and choose one of the following protocols:
Automatic (recommended)
WireGuard
Mimic
OpenVPN
Norton VPN Plus/Ultimate: Click Settings. In the Settings window, choose one of the following protocols:
Automatic (recommended)
WireGuard
Mimic
OpenVPN
Open Norton VPN app on your desktop.
On the Norton dashboard, do one of the following, depending on your VPN plan:

Depending on your product, choose one of the following:
Launch Norton VPN.
Tap the Settings icon on the top-right corner of the screen.
In the VPN Preferences screen, tap VPN Protocol Settings.
In the VPN Protocol screen, you can choose one of the following protocols:
Automatic (recommended)
WireGuard
OpenVPN
Mimic
Launch Norton 360.
Tap the Menu icon on the top-left corner of the screen and click Settings.
In the Settings screen, tap Privacy and then tap VPN Protocol Settings.
In the VPN Protocol screen, you can choose one of the following protocols:
Automatic (recommended)
WireGuard
OpenVPN
Mimic
