Error: "Error-Unable to continue. An error report with no personally identifiable information is available to send to Norton (recommended)"

Download the Norton installer

1. Select your Norton product:

   • Norton 360

2. Press Ctrl + J key, to open the Downloads window in your browser, and double-click the file that you downloaded.

3. If the User Account Control window appears, click Continue.

4. Follow the on-screen instructions to install Norton.
