Open your Norton device security product.
If you see the My Norton window, next to Device Security, click Open.
In the Norton product main window, click Settings.
In the Settings window, click AntiSpam.
On the Filter tab, in the Protected Ports row, click Configure.
In the Protected Ports window, click the port that you want to remove, and then click Remove.
Click Apply and then click OK.
In the Settings window, click Close.
