Before the expiration date of the annual product purchased from au shop. We will send an SMS message to the customer to request an extension procedure.
You can process the extension from the URL provided in the SMS (https://jp.norton.com/au).

We will send SMS three times in total as follows:

• One week before it expires.
   
• Three days before it expires.
   
• Same day it expires
   

The SMS sender's phone number may be displayed as +81 50 5369 3742 , 05053693742 (KDDI) or "User Support."
Note: Please note that the sender number of the SMS may not be displayed depending on your contract details.
