Change an incoming message tone for a Norton Privacy Manager Sudo profile

Norton Privacy Manager lets you change the incoming message tone for each of your Sudo profiles.

Change incoming email tone

  1. Launch Norton Privacy Manager.

  2. Enter the password that you provided when setting up Norton Privacy Manager and tap Unlock App.

    If you are prompted to sign in with Touch ID, tap the Touch ID, and follow the on-screen instructions.

  3. In the top-right corner of the Sudo screen, tap the icon and tap Settings.

  4. In the Settings screen, under Sudo Settings, tap the Sudo for which you want to change the message tone

  5. In the Sudo Settings screen, tap Notifications.

  6. Do one of the following:

    • If you have an iOS device, in the Notifications screen, under Email, tap Play Sound.

      In the Message Sound screen, tap the tone that you want to set for your Sudo profile.

    • If you have an Android device, in the Notifications screen, under Email, tap Sound.

      In the Notifications screen, tap Sound and tap the tone that you want to set for your Sudo profile.
