Message: "We're unable to verify your subscription" appears on Norton AntiTrack app
This problem can occur if the subscription cannot be verified with your Norton Account. To fix this problem, click Try Again displayed on your screen. If you still face this issue, click Sign In with a Different Norton Account and follow the on-screen instructions to sign in to your Norton account.
If the issue persists, uninstall and reinstall Norton AntiTrack. Depending on your operating system, select one of the following to uninstall and reinstall Norton AntiTrack.
Windows

Press the Windows + R keys to open the Run dialog box.

In the Run dialog box, type in the following text, and then press Enter:
appwiz.cpl

In the list of currently installed programs, click Norton AntiTrack, and then click Uninstall or Change.

Click Yes to confirm.

When the uninstall finishes, exit all programs and restart the computer.

Reinstall Norton AntiTrack.

Mac
Restart Mac

Exit all programs.

Restart Mac.
Uninstall Norton AntiTrack

On the desktop, right-click the Norton AntiTrack icon on your menu bar and click Quit.

Click the desktop or the Finder icon in the Dock to be in the Finder.

In the left pane, click Applications.

From the list of applications, select the Norton AntiTrack icon, and then drag and drop it to Trash.
Reinstall Norton AntiTrack

To reinstall Norton AntiTrack on your Mac, read Download and install Norton AntiTrack.
Android

Open Google Play Store app.

At the top-right corner of the screen, tap the Profile icon.

In the screen that appears, tap Manage apps & device.

In the Manage apps & device screen, tap Manage.

Tap the name of the app that you want to uninstall.

Tap Uninstall.

Reinstall Norton AntiTrack.
