Fix the connectivity problem if you can connect to the Internet only after disabling your Norton product

To fix the connectivity problem, reset the Norton Firewall rules.

Reset the Firewall rules

  1. Open your Norton device security product.

    If you see the My Norton window, next to Device Security, click Open.

  2. Click Settings.

  3. In the Settings window, click Firewall.

  4. On the General Settings tab, next to Firewall Reset, click Reset.

  5. In the confirmation window, click Yes.

  6. Click Apply, and then click Close.
