Message: "Reactivation Required" on Norton Utilities Premium

This message indicates that your automatically renewing security subscription for Norton Protection is no longer active.

To reactivate Norton Utilities Premium, click Enroll Now or activate your automatically renewing security subscription from your account.

Activate your automatically renewing security subscription

  1. Sign in to your account.

    For China, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, and Taiwan, visit Norton store to manage your renewal settings.

  2. In the My Subscription tab, next to the current Norton protection, activate your subscription, click Agree and Continue.

  3. Verify your Payment Method and click Agree to Automatic Renewal.

    Your Norton protection will be automatically renewed during the next billing cycle.

    You must fill your billing details to enable the automatic renewal of your subscription.
