This message appears if the Safe Web feature in Norton 360 is turned off. To fix this problem, enable Safe Web.

Enable Safe Web

  1. From the Home screen, launch the Norton 360 app.

  2. At the bottom of the main screen, tap Menu, and then tap Safe Web.

  3. Tap Enable Safe Web.
