Fix network lag problems when gaming, using VoIP, or video conferencing on devices connected to Norton Core

Turn on Norton Core's Quality of Service (QoS) mode to ensure that network traffic to your gaming and VoIP devices is optimized and that network lag is reduced.

Enable QoS mode

  1. Launch your Norton Core app.

  2. On the top-left corner, tap the menu icon, and then tap Devices.

  3. From the list of devices, select your device.

  4. Next to QoS (Gaming & VoIP), tap the status indicator to turn it On.
