Unable to set Norton Safe Search as your default search provider

Start Firefox.

In the Search drop-down, select Change Search Settings.

In the Search window, under Default Search Engine, select Norton Search from the drop-down list.

Norton Safe Search is set as your default search engine.

Start Google Chrome.

To change your default search engine from Norton Safe Search, on the top-right corner of the Chrome browser, click the Customize and control Google Chrome icon, and click Settings.

In the Settings window, under Search engine, click Disable.

This will reset the default search engine to your previous selection.

To enable Norton Safe Search as the default search engine, in the top-right corner of the Chrome browser, click the Customize and control Google Chrome icon, and click Extensions.

In the Extensions window, next to Norton Safe Search, click on the toggle button to enable the feature.
