Message: "Server error: We're working to resolve an issue that prevents us from completing your request..." when accessing the Norton Password Manager vault

You may not be able to log in to your Norton Password Manager vault from your mobile device due to a server error. Please log in to your vault after some time.

To fix this problem clear the browser cookies. Depending on your web browser, do one of the following:

Google Chrome

  1. Start Google Chrome.

  2. On the top-right corner, click the Customize and control Google Chrome icon, and click Settings.

  3. Under Privacy and security, click Clear browsing data.

  4. Select Browsing history, Download history, Cookies and other site data, and Cached images and file.

  5. Click Clear Data.

Mozilla Firefox

  1. Start Mozilla Firefox.

  2. On the top-right corner, click the Open menu icon, and click History.

  3. Click Clear recent history.

  4. In the Time range to clear drop-down, select Everything..

  5. Select all options, and click OK.

Microsoft Edge

  1. Start Microsoft Edge.

  2. On the top-right corner, click the Settings and more and select Settings.

  3. On the left pane select Privacy and services or Privacy & security.

  4. Under Clear browsing data, select Choose what to clear.

  5. Select Browsing history, Cookies and saved website data, Cached data and files, and click Clear.

Safari

  1. Start Safari.

  2. From the menu bar, click Safari and then select Preferences.

  3. On the Privacy tab, click Remove All Website Data.

  4. Click Remove Now to confirm.
