We are aware of an ongoing issue with the Norton 360 app where the Norton Smart Firewall feature blocks the wireless screen sharing on your device. We are working on fixing this issue in an upcoming release.
Meanwhile, you can try the below the steps to resolve this issue:
Restart your computer and try wireless screen sharing now. If you still have issues, then try step 2.
Make sure that your Windows operating system is up to date. For more details, refer to the Install Windows Updates article. If you still have issues, then try step 3.
Run Norton LiveUpdate. For detailed instructions on how to run Norton LiveUpdate, refer to Run LiveUpdate.
