Retrieve files removed by Norton Clean on Mac

By default, Norton Clean moves junk files to your trash or bin folder but does not delete them. If you want to retrieve the files that are removed using Norton Clean, you need to manually retrieve them from the Trash or Bin folder.

1. On your dock, click the Trash or Bin icon.

2. In the Trash or Bin folder, select the files you want to retrieve and then drag them out of the Trash or Bin folder to your desktop or any other preferred location.
