FAQ: Updating from Norton Mobile Security app to Norton 360 app
With Norton offerings, we strive to bring an industry-leading, valuable and relevant cybersecurity to help protect your devices and personal information. Occasionally, we reassess our offerings and features to ensure value to our customers and partners.
As a result, we have decided to replace the Norton Mobile Security app with the new Norton 360 app. For Android, starting November 2020, you will receive an update to your existing Norton Mobile Security for Android app to the new Norton 360 for Android app. For iOS, starting January 2020, you will receive an update to your existing Norton Mobile Security for iOS app to the new Norton 360 for iOS app.
Updating the app to Norton 360 does not change your existing Norton subscription plan. If you are using a free version of Norton Mobile Security for Android or for iOS, you will lose access to your current protection features unless you move to a paid subscription.
