Manage automatic renewal for subscriptions purchased from Asian Norton online store

If you purchased the Norton subscription at one of the Asian Norton online stores, your Automatic Renewal settings must be managed directly on the Asian Norton online store.

To manage your automatically renewing subscription settings, sign in to your account and visit the My Subscriptions tab.

If you are trying to update your credit card information in the Billing Information tab and see the message "We are not able to process changes to your credit card information," it could be due to some regulations implemented by the regulatory bodies. In such cases, to renew a subscription, please proceed to norton.com/renewal.

For Japan, Korea, China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan:

If your order number starts with APXXXXXXXX or NPXXXXXXXX or if you have Norton 360 Standard Plus, follow the steps above to manage the Auto Renewal settings for your subscription.

If your order number starts with SY, visit the below link to manage the Auto Renewal settings for your subscription. You will need your order number and email address or phone number that was used when you ordered.

You can find your order number from the emails received from Norton:

• The subject of the email is "Norton Order #NP***** purchase completed"
• The subject of the email is "Automatic renewal service, notification of billing completion". Check the section [Order number at the point of Automatic renewal enrollment] SY********.
