Disable the Norton Automatic Renewal service for your Norton purchased from Hong Kong Norton Store

Norton Automatic Renewal is a service that keeps your computer to be protected from the latest Internet risks by automatically renewing your subscription at the regular subscription price (plus applicable tax), so you don't have to. If you want to disable the Norton Automatic Renewal Service, follow these steps.

Cancel Norton Automatic Renewal Service

  1. Go to Norton Store.

  2. Type in your order number and phone number, and then click Next.

  3. Under Options, click Manage the Norton Automatic Renewal Service.

  4. To turn off the Automatic Renewal Service for the Norton product, click the link provided.

  5. In the Turn off the Automatic Renewal Service page, click Disable.
