Find the Norton product key purchased from the Hong Kong Online Store

You can find the product key for your Norton product from the Norton Online Store.

If you have already activated your Norton product, you can find your product key in your Norton account. Read Find your Norton product key for more information.

Get the product key from Norton Online Store

1. Go to Norton Online Store.

2. Sign in with the order number and the phone number that you used during the purchase.

3. In the Find My Order page, click Order Status.

4. In the Shipping Status page, write down the product key that is displayed under Purchased Product/Service
