Ten problem może wystąpić, jeśli komunikacja sieciowa przez port IPSec jest zablokowana na komputerze.

Aby rozwiązać problem, należy uruchomić usługę LiveUpdate, a następnie ponownie uruchomić komputer. Jeśli problem nie ustępuje, należy odinstalować i ponownie zainstalować program Norton.

KROK 1

Uruchom usługę LiveUpdate.

  1. Uruchom program Norton.

  2. W oknie Mój Norton, w sekcji Bezpieczeństwo urządzenia, kliknij opcję LiveUpdate.

  3. Gdy działanie usługi Norton LiveUpdate zakończy się, kliknij przycisk OK.

  4. Uruchamiaj ponownie usługę LiveUpdate, aż zostanie wyświetlony komunikat „Produkt Norton zawiera najnowsze aktualizacje".

  5. Zamknij wszystkie programy, a następnie uruchom ponownie komputer.

    Jeśli problem nie ustępuje, przejdź do kroku 2.

KROK 2

Odinstalowywanie programu Norton

  1. Naciśnij klawisze Windows + R, aby otworzyć okno dialogowe uruchamiania.

  2. Wpisz poniższy tekst, a następnie naciśnij klawisz Enter.

    appwiz.cpl

  3. Na liście zainstalowanych programów kliknij pozycję Norton 360, a następnie kliknij przycisk Usuń lub Odinstaluj.

  4. Kliknij opcję Usuń wszystkie dane użytkownika.

  5. W oknie Ostrzeżenie dotyczące okresu subskrypcji kliknij przycisk Dalej.

  6. Kliknij przycisk Uruchom ponownie teraz.

    Program Norton 360 zostanie całkowicie odinstalowany dopiero po ponownym uruchomieniu komputera.

KROK 3

Pobierz program Norton z konta Norton

  1. Zaloguj się na koncie Norton.

  2. Jeśli użytkownik nie jest jeszcze zalogowany na koncie Norton, pojawi się monit o zalogowanie. Wpisz adres e-mail oraz hasło konta Norton, a następnie kliknij przycisk Zaloguj.

    Jeśli nie masz konta, kliknij przycisk Utwórz konto i ukończ proces rejestracji.

  3. W oknie Wprowadzenie kliknij przycisk Pobierz produkt Norton.

    Jeśli chcesz zainstalować nowy produkt, który jeszcze nie jest zarejestrowany na koncie Norton, kliknij opcję Wprowadź nowy klucz produktu, a następnie wpisz klucz produktu lub PIN, aby rozpocząć proces pobierania.

  4. Kliknij przycisk Zgadzam się, pobierz.

  5. W zależności od przeglądarki wykonaj jedną z poniższych czynności.

    • W przeglądarce Internet Explorer lub Microsoft Edge: kliknij opcję Uruchom.

    • W przeglądarce Firefox lub Safari: w prawym górnym rogu przeglądarki kliknij opcję Pobierz, aby wyświetlić pobrane pliki, i kliknij dwukrotnie ostatnio pobrany plik.

    • W przeglądarce Chrome: w dolnym lewym rogu kliknij dwukrotnie pobrany plik.

  6. Jeśli zostanie wyświetlone okno Kontrola konta użytkownika, kliknij przycisk Kontynuuj.

  7. Wykonaj instrukcje wyświetlane na ekranie.

    Program Norton został zainstalowany i aktywowany.

KROK 1

Check UDP ports 500 and 4500

  1. Run the port test tool.

    You need to run the tool from Command prompt. Save the file to Desktop and open Command prompt in elevated mode. Type the following command

    C:\User\{User_name}\Desktop\IPSecPortTester.exe

  2. If UDP ports 500 and 4500 are blocked, temporarily disable Norton Firewall and connect to VPN.

  3. Do one of the following:

    • If you can connect to Secure VPN with Norton Firewall turned off, add a rule to Norton Firewall to allow access through UDP ports 500 and 4500.

    • If you cannot connect to Secure VPN even after turning off Norton Firewall, check the router configuration. If the router is blocking the traffic over UDP ports 500 and 4500, configure the settings to allow UDP ports 500 and 4500.

KROK 2

Connect to different VPN region

  1. Start Norton Secure VPN.

  2. From the VPN drop-down menu, select VPN Region.

  3. Select a different region.

  4. Repeat line 2 to 3 to connect to different regions.

KROK 3

Check the root certificates for Secure VPN

  1. Check "Surf Easy certificates" are installed in the Local Machine Certificate store. (Personal, Trusted Root and Intermediate Cert)

  2. Check if "Global Sign Root Cert CA - R3" is present in either Trusted Root cert store OR Third Party Root cert store (this required for Win 7, nice to have for Win 10).

  3. Do one of the following:

    • If certificates are present, go to Step 2

    • If certificates are not present, click Turn ON. button and wait for 2 mins, and then connect to VPN again

  4. Repeat above step 6 times.

KROK 4

Start dependency services

  1. Press the Windows + R key.

  2. In the Run dialogbox, type the following, and click OK :

    services.msc

  3. From the list of services, start the following:

    • IKE and AuthIP IPsec Keying Modules

    • Base Filtering Engine

    • DNS Client

  4. Turn on Secure VPN.

KROK 5

Remove WAN Miniport and TAP driver

  1. Go to device manager.

  2. Remove the following entries

    • WAN Miniport drivers (IKEv2)

    • WAN Miniport drivers (IP)

    • WAN Miniport drivers (IPv6)

    • Symantec TAP driver

  3. From the menu bar, click Action > Scan for Hardware Changes.

    Connect to Norton Secure VPN and check.
