Message: "Trouble signing in?" while migrating BullGuard protection to Norton

We detected that you do not have a contact email address associated with your BullGuard account. To access your Norton account, you will need a valid email address.

If you used a login username for your BullGuard account, try adding '@bullguard.com' to the username in the email address field. 

If issue still persist, follow the instructions below to help resolve this issue.

Contact Norton Support with your product serial number

  1. Open your Norton device security product.

  2. In the My Norton window, next to Device Security, click Open.

  3. In the Norton product main window, click on Help > About.

  4. Note down the product serial number.

  5. Contact Member Services & Support and provide this serial number.
