What is this charge from NortonStore.jp, or Norton?

The charge you see on your statement is to keep your Norton Security subscription current, and keep you protected from the latest threats. The charge may show on your statement as "Norton Store.jp," "Norton" or a similar description. Typically you pay for your subscription once per year in one of the following ways:

  • Follow the renewal prompt from your product to place your order for your renewal, or choose upgraded protection.

  • Automatically renew using the payment method you provided when you enrolled during a previous purchase.

  • Purchasing a new subscription from the Norton Store.

Using your subscription

If you have renewed or upgraded an existing subscription, you can visit https://my.norton.com/ and login with your Norton account. You created your Norton account when you first purchased your subscription. It may be under a different email address than the one you used to purchase.

If you are purchasing a new subscription, you have received a confirmation email at the address you provided during purchase. Click the link in the email to start the setup process and associate your subscription with your Norton account. If you don't already have a Norton account, you can create one.
