Error: "PIN number is not valid"

This may happen if there is a problem in your account information. For example, you may have signed up for a package that does not include the correct Norton product.

Verify your service type

  • Contact your service provider to verify your service type in their database and add the correct Norton product service for your account.

Activate your Norton product after it is installed

  1. Start Norton.

  2. In the main screen, click Activate Now.

  3. Click Next.

  4. In the My service PIN field, type the PIN number, that is provided to you by your service provider.

  5. Click Activate.

  6. Type in a name for your computer, and then click Activate.

  7. Close the Activation Complete! window.

  8. Click Finish.

    Your activation is successful.
