NortonLifeLock refund policy exception due to COVID-19 outbreak

While everyone across the world continues to navigate the uncertainty of COVID-19, NortonLifeLock is committed to supporting our customers throughout the course of this pandemic and to providing continuity of service.

The NortonLifeLock refund policy is applicable for 60 days, however, we will honor the refund requests that are made outside of this period, due to the limited availability of phone and chat support. To request a refund, visit Norton Refunds or contact NortonLifeLock Member Services and Support.

Refund policy exception

For all retail and Norton Online Store purchases made between 1st of January 2020 to today's date, the refund can be reviewed for exception. For review of exceptional refund, we need the following information:

  • Purchase date needs to be after 1st of January 2020

  • Product key or Product Serial Number

  • Order Number for Norton Online Store purchases

  • Proof of purchase for retail purchases

Phone and Chat support availability
