Find your Norton account
If you are a Norton subscriber, it is likely that you already have an account. You create an account when you purchase or install your Norton product.
For China, Japan, and Korea: Norton account is not created during purchase. Once your product is installed, you can create your account from my.Norton.com. For detailed instructions, read Create a Norton account.
Find your account

Go to my.norton.com and click Sign In.

Enter the email address and password that you think you used when you made your purchase, or registered your product, and then click Sign In.

If you forgot your password, click Forgot password? and follow on the on-screen instructions to reset your password.
If you cannot access the email that was used to create the account, contact Member Services and Support.
