Message: "Your security subscription needs an update. There's a new version of Norton available" on Windows 10 with the latest Norton version installed

You may see a message from the Windows 10 Action Center saying, "Your security subscription needs an update. There's a new version of Norton available".

Open Norton and in the main window check the security status. If you see "You Are Protected", then you can ignore this message as a false alert.
