Run a scan in Norton 360 app to check for security risks on your Android device

Your Norton 360 app automatically scans and protects your device from security risks. However, if you suspect that you have a security risk, then you can manually initiate a scan to check for security risks.

Run a scan in Norton 360 app

1. From the home screen, launch the Norton 360 app.

2. Do one of the following:

   • On the Norton 360 app main screen, tap the Pull to Scan option at the top or tap and pull down the screen to start a scan.

   • Tap Security and tap Scan Now.

3. The Norton 360 app scans your device for files and apps that are installed on your device. If there are items that require attention, review the security risks on the Security screen.
