View the Norton products you received from a service provider in your Norton account

If you have obtained your Norton product from your service provider, you need to sign into Norton using the specific link sent to you by your service provider.

To find the subscription information of your Norton product from a service provider, you may:

  • Use the Norton account link provided to you by your service provider.

  • Go to my.norton.com. Click I have a Partner Code, and enter the Partner Code provided to you by your service provider.

    If you have received your Norton product from Aon, sign into Norton.

  • You may also access your account from your Norton product. In your Norton product window, click More Norton, and then click Manage My Protection.

If you have any other Norton product that you purchased from an online store or a retail store, you can directly go to my.norton.com to manage the subscription. Before you sign in to your retail Norton account, make sure that you sign off from the Norton account from your service provider.
