Temporarily turn off background services using Norton Utilities Ultimate

On-Demand Boost temporarily turns off the background services that use system resources.

Perform On-Demand Boost

1. Open Norton Utilities Ultimate.

2. On the left pane, click Real-Time Boost > On-Demand Boost.

3. Select the services that you want to stop and move the slider to enable On-Demand Boost.

   On-Demand Boost will disable upon a system restart, with previously stopped services are enabled to run again.
