    Please note that we only provide refunds for Home User products. For Enterprise products, including Small Business Solutions, please contact Enterprise Customer Service.

    NortonLifeLock offers a 60-day money back guarantee on all its Norton products (boxes or downloads).

    TERMS:
    A. Purchases will be refunded to your nominated bank account.
    B. Shipping and handling fees are not refunded.
    C. VAT is not refunded to companies.
    D. Signature of this completed form indicates that you have uninstalled this product from your computer.
    E. Please note that we are unable to refund to Internet-based bank accounts. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
    F. NortonLifeLock do not provide refunds for second-hand purchases of NortonLifeLock products made on any Web site, any purchases made on auction sites, or for purchases which are unauthorised or illegally obtained and/or distributed.

NOTE Note:  Before sending the form, make sure to include:

  • The completed and signed product return form.
  • Your product CD with the envelope that it came in.
    Please do not send the original NortonLifeLock box, packaging, or manual.
  • A copy of your original receipt on an A4 sheet of paper.
    The itemised receipt must include the amount, currency, date of purchase and store name.
    Send only a copy of your original receipt. Do not send a copy of your credit card statement.
    NortonLifeLock cannot process refunds without a receipt .
