Resolver la solicitud repetida de acceso completo al disco de Norton cuando abre Norton en macOS 13

Your Norton product repeatedly prompts you to allow and enable Full Disk Access, even after enabling it on your Mac. It is an operating system issue that occurs whenever you open your existing Norton product after upgrading your operating system to macOS 13 (Ventura) or later.

If you have upgraded your operating system to macOS 13 Ventura, remove and enable the Norton System Extension again to avoid receiving repeated Norton Full Disk Access prompts.

If you have upgraded your operating system to macOS 14 Sonoma, enable the Norton System Extension again.

Even after enabling the Norton System Extension on macOS 14 Sonomo, you may still see a repeated Full Disk Access prompt whenever you open Norton after a system restart. It is an operating system issue, and we are working on getting this issue fixed.

Depending on your operating system version, select one of the following:

macOS 14 Sonoma

  1. Open your Norton device security product.

  2. In the Full Disk Access prompt, click Open Settings.

  3. In the Full Disk Access window, next to Norton System Extension, move the slider to Turn On.

    Mac FullDisk prompt
  4. Type your Mac administrator account password or use Touch ID and then click Modify Settings.

  5. Navigate back to the Norton product window and click Complete.

macOS 13 Ventura

Before following the below steps make sure that you close your Norton product if it is already opened on your Mac.
  1. Open your Norton device security product.

  2. In the Full Disk Access prompt, click Open Settings.

  3. In the Full Disk Access window, select "Norton System Extension" from the list and click the minus icon Mac DFA remove at the bottom.

    Mac FAD prompt
  4. Type your Mac administrator account password or use Touch ID, and then click Modify Settings.

Norton System Extension will be re-added to the list with the slider turned off in the Full Disk Access window. Proceed further with the below steps, even if Norton System Extension is missing in the list.
  5. Close the System Settings window.

  6. Close and re-open your Norton device security product.

  7. Click Open Settings in the Full Disk Access prompt.

  8. In the Full Disk Access window, next to Norton System Extension, move the slider to Turn On.
