Reset your Norton account password
If you have lost your password or do not remember your password, Norton lets you reset your password. When you request for a password reset, Norton prompts you to set a new password for your Norton account.
Reset your password

Open your browser and go to Forgot Password page.

In the Having Trouble Signing In? page, provide your email address.

Click .
Norton sends you an email with reset password instructions to your email address.
If you do not receive the password reset email within a few minutes check your spam or junk folders. You may not receive a recovery email if there is no account under that email address.
If you still cannot locate the email, then you might have used a different email to create your Norton account. Make sure that the email address you enter is the same as the one that you used to make your Norton product purchase.

Open the email and click the button.

In the Reset Password page that appears, type a new password for your Norton account.

Click to access your Norton account.
