Activate Norton that was purchased from the service provider

The activation of your Norton product occurs during the setup process. If for some reason the activation was skipped or did not complete, here are the steps for activating your Norton product.

Activate your Norton product

1. Open your Norton device security product.

2. In the Norton product main window, click Activate Now.

3. If prompted to sign in, use your Norton account credentials (or service provider credentials).

4. If prompted to enter the PIN, type the 13-digit PIN provided by your service provider and click Activate.

5. Close the Activation Complete! window.

6. Click Finish.

   Your activation is successful.

Sometimes, activation errors may occur due to a temporary problem with the Norton servers. In such cases, try activating your product after a few hours. If you are still unable to activate, contact your service provider for help with activation.
