Activate Norton Mobile Security
Upon expiration of the 30-Day free premium trial, the installation on your device automatically turns to the lite version of Norton Mobile Security that offers limited features.
For continued protection, at the bottom of the main screen, tap the My Norton icon
, and then tap PURCHASE OPTIONS to purchase a Norton Mobile Security subscription within the app.

In your browser, go to the Norton Mobile Security website.

Click Register a Purchase.

Type your Norton account email address and password, and then click Sign In.
If you do not have a Norton account, click Create account. Type your details and then click Create Account.

Type your 25-character product key that you received with your purchase, and then click Verify.

On your device, launch the Norton Mobile Security app.

At the bottom of the main screen, tap the My Norton icon
, and then in the top-left corner tap Sign in. -
Ensure that you enter the same Norton account credentials as provided in step 3.

Norton displays the offering that you have purchased. You can select the subscription and then tap Apply to activate Norton Mobile Security on your device.

At the bottom of the Norton Mobile Security app, tap the My Norton icon
, and then tap the drop-down icon 
to view the following details about your subscription:-
Name of the subscription plan that you have purchased.

Number of days left for your subscription.

Number of licenses that are available with your subscription to see if you can extend Norton protection to multiple devices.
You can use the add icon
to send an email invite to install your Norton subscription on other devices. Open the email on your additional device and follow the on-screen instructions to download and install the Norton service.

From the home screen, launch the Norton Mobile Security app.

At the bottom of the main screen, tap the My Norton icon
, and then in the top-left corner tap Sign in. -
Enter your Norton account credentials. Ensure that you type the same email address and password that was used to purchase Norton Mobile Security or your Norton product that includes Norton Mobile Security (such as Norton Security or Norton 360 Multi-Device).

Tap Sign In.

Norton displays the list of subscriptions that has active licenses, select the subscription that you want to use and then tap Apply.

Tap Close.
Follow the below steps to activate Norton Mobile Security using REDEEM A SUBSCRIPTION option.

From the home screen, launch the Norton Mobile Security app.

At the bottom of the main screen, tap the My Norton icon
, and then tap PURCHASE OPTIONS. -
Tap REDEEM A SUBSCRIPTION.

Based on your situation, tap any one of the following to redeem your subscription:

Enter a product key: Enter your 25-character product key that you received with your purchase, and then tap Verify. Alternatively, you can also use the camera icon next to text field to scan and verify your product key.

Enter a partner code: Enter a partner code that you received from your service provider, and then tap Next.

Retrieve your purchase: If prompted, enter your Norton account credential that has active licenses, and then select the subscription that you want to use.

From the home screen, launch the Norton Mobile Security app.

At the bottom of the main screen, tap the My Norton icon
. -
Tap PURCHASE OPTIONS and choose the available plans that you want to purchase.

After completing your purchase, you can see the Sign in to Norton alert. In the alert tap SIGN IN/REGISTER to sign in to Norton to automatically activate you Google Play purchase.

Type your Norton account email address and password, and then tap Sign In. If you do not have a Norton account, tap Create an Account. Type your details and then tap Create Account.
Follow the below steps if you already have an unused subscription that you have purchased from Google Play:
Ensure that you use the same Google account credential that was used to purchase the Norton subscription.

From the home screen, launch the Norton Mobile Security app.

At the bottom of the main screen, tap the My Norton icon
. -
Norton provides you an Unused Subscription alert. In the Unused Subscription alert, Tap APPLY SUBSCRIPTION.

Tap SIGN IN/REGISTER to sign in to Norton to automatically activate you Google Play purchase.

Type your Norton account email address and password, and then tap Sign In. If you do not have a Norton account, tap Create an Account. Type your details and then tap Create Account.

In your browser, go to the Norton Mobile Security website.

Click Enter a Product Key.

Type your Norton account email address and password, and then click Sign In. If you do not have a Norton account, click Create account. Type your details and then click Create Account.

Type your 25-character product key that you received with your purchase, and then click Verify.

On your device, launch the Norton Mobile Security app.

Read and accept the Norton license agreement and tap Continue.

Tap Sign In.

Ensure that you enter the same Norton account credentials as provided in step 3.

At the bottom of the Norton Mobile Security app, tap the My Norton icon
, and then tap on your name to view the following details about your subscription:-
Name of the subscription plan that you have purchased.

Number of days left for your subscription.
-
Number of licenses that are available with your subscription to see if you can extend Norton protection to multiple devices.
You can use the add icon

If you have multiple subscriptions associated with you Norton account, Norton displays the list of subscriptions that have active licenses, select the subscription that you want to use and then tap Next.

From the home screen, launch the Norton Mobile Security app.

Do one of the following:

To try Norton Mobile Security app free for 30 days, tap Start Your Trial, and then read and follow in-app directions.
If you turn on the Auto-Renewal service on your device, your subscription is renewed automatically before it expires. If you turn off the Auto-Renewal service, upon expiration of the 30-Day free trial, Norton displays an alert that lets you renew or restore your subscription. Your device is not protected against security threats until you renew your subscription.

If you already have an unused subscription that you have purchased from App Store, tap Restore Purchase. If prompted, enter your App Store credentials to activate and restore your subscription.
