This may happen if the pin you have entered is associated with a different Norton account. For example, the service you have signed up for is already registered to a different Norton account.

Sign in to the correct Norton account

  1. Sign Out from your current Norton account.

  2. Restart the process by using the download link provided by your service provider.

  3. Sign In to your Norton account with your other email address.

    Use the Having Trouble Signing In? link if you need to reset the password for your Norton account.

  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
