End-of-Service announcement for Norton subscription offered by Comcast
The following FAQ may answer your queries that are related to Norton subscription that is offered by Comcast.
Why is my subscription being canceled?
As of January 1, 2021 NortonLifeLock, and Comcast have terminated their partnership in relation to Norton Security Online and Norton Security Suite. You should have received communication from Comcast explaining this change. If you want more information regarding this announcement, please contact Comcast at 1-800-XFINITY.
When is my subscription being canceled?
Your Norton subscription that is provided through Comcast will be canceled effective January 1, 2021.
Can I continue using my Norton service?
You can continue using your existing Norton Security Online or Norton Security Suite plan until January 1, 2021. However, if you want to take advantage of the special offers please visit http://norton.com/xfinity6 to enroll in a Norton plan.
Do I need to cancel my Norton account with you before enrolling in a Norton plan?
No, your subscription with Comcast gets canceled automatically. But, you can take advantage of the special offers before cancellation if you prefer.
When will my special offer become active?
Your special offer begins immediately after you complete the enrollment process.
Norton 360 Deluxe: $14.99 price shown is for the first year. After the first year, renews at $104.99/Year.
Norton 360 with LifeLock Select: 180 Days free and $74.99 price shown is for the first year after 180 days free trial. After the first year, renews at $149.99/Year.
Do I need to reinstall the Norton product?
Yes, you will receive instructions after you complete the checkout for your free trial.
After you download the product, your existing product gets uninstalled and the new product is installed and activated.
The old PIN that you received from Comcast cannot be used to activate the product. If your product still prompts for a PIN, then you may need to completely uninstall your product and download the free trial once again. Use the Norton Remove and Reinstall tool to uninstall your product.

Can I continue to use Norton Password Manager?
Yes. Your Norton Password Manager is associated with your Norton account and will not be affected by cancellation of your Comcast subscription. You can continue using the same Norton account to ensure easy continued access to your logins.
