Message: "Subscription Expired"

 

If you think that your subscription has not expired or you have already renewed your subscription, check if you have signed in to the correct Norton account. If you are using old Norton account credentials, your subscription that is linked to that account has expired.

Sign in to the correct Norton account and make sure that you have the right Norton subscription installed.

Install the right subscription

1. In the My Subscriptions tab, locate the Norton service with the correct subscription expiration date.

2. Click Download.

3. In the page that appears, click Agree & Download.

4. Click the area pointed by the on-screen arrow and follow the on-screen instructions.

If you are still unable to install your Norton subscription, contact Member Services & Support with your product key and order information.

To avoid subscription expiration, renew your subscription before the expiration date. You start to see renewal alerts one month before the subscription expires. Use the option in the alert to renew your Norton subscription.
