Message: "Could not run due to maintenance being performed on your online backup account"

This problem can occur if you have not updated to the latest version of Norton.

Find the version number of your Norton

  1. Start Norton.

    If you see the My Norton window, next to Device Security, click Open.

  2. In the Norton product main window, on the top-right, click Help.

  3. In the Help Center window, under General Information, click About.

    Make a note of the version number. It is displayed in the format: 22.x.x.xx
