Learn what you can do with your Norton account

Norton account lets you manage all of your Norton services and product keys from one location. When you make a purchase from the Norton Online Store or when you activate your subscription, Norton prompts you to create a Norton account. All you have to provide is your email address and set a password.

After your Norton account gets activated, you can do the following:

  • Install, set up, and manage the different products and features that you are entitled to.

  • Purchase or renew a Norton subscription.

  • Activate or cancel subscription renewal.

  • Transfer your license to a new device.

  • Remove a device from your Norton account.

  • View the Norton services that are installed on a device.

  • Uninstall a Norton service from a device.

  • Upgrade your Norton products to the latest available version.

  • Update your billing information.

  • Manage your account information.

The tasks that are listed vary depending on your Norton services and devices. Availability of LifeLock features depend on the subscription plan that you have purchased.

If you have installed Norton Internet Security 5.x or Norton AntiVirus 12.x on your Mac device, you need upgrade to Norton Security for Mac.
