Change your LifeLock plan

It is easy to change and upgrade from one plan to another. You can also change your billing frequency from month-to-month plan to an annual plan. When you change a plan, you need to do that for each member in your account.

Upgrade your plan on LifeLock member portal

  1. Go to Manage Account.

  2. Scroll to the Membership & Billing section.

  3. Click Change Plan and follow the instructions.

To downgrade, call us at customer support, and provide the plan you want to downgrade to and each member you wish to downgrade. After we receive your request, you will receive additional correspondence to confirm and approve the change.

Please contact your Service Provider for details on their NortonLifeLock plan offerings.

If you have changed the LifeLock plan provided to you by a service provider, you must complete the update to access all of the features included in your plan. Use the information below to update your plan.

Complete your plan update

  1. Sign in to Norton.

  2. On the My Norton page, click Complete Update on the feature tile that you want to update.

  3. Click Continue and complete the subscription update form.
