Report a fraudulent use of your credit or debit card

If you have not already done so, contact your financial institution immediately to report the fraudulent transactions so they may begin an investigation in regards to your account. Once this has been reported, call our Member Services and Support to register this case. We need to speak with you regarding this matter and collect additional information.

View the active cases

  1. Sign in to your Norton.

  2. Click ID RESTORATION tab.

  3. Review the status by clicking the case.
