Install your protection on this device

1. Wait for the installer to get downloaded.

2. Depending on your browser, do one of the following:

• Click on the area pointed by the on-screen arrow to run the installer.
• Open the Downloads folder, and then locate and double-click the installer file.

1. Wait for a few minutes as your product gets downloaded, installed, and activated automatically.

   If your download did not complete, or you see any error when you download your protection, click the Restart Download option to start over.

1. Click Get it from Microsoft.

   You are redirected to the Microsoft Store page for Norton Security.

2. In the Windows Store page for Norton Security, click Get.

3. Follow the on-screen instructions.

1. On the Play Store app, tap Install.

2. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.

   When prompted, provide your account email address and password to sign in.

1. If you are on an iPad, tap Install Norton on iPad and choose the subscription that you want to download.

2. Tap Download on the App Store.

   You are redirected to the App Store page. Download and install the Norton app from the App Store.

3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.

   When prompted, provide your account email address and password to sign in.

To install the product for which you already have the key, do the following:

1. Go to https://Norton.com/setup

2. Click Enter a product key.

3. If prompted, sign in with your account credentials. If you do not have an account, you can create one.

4. Click Enter your product key, and then type the product key in the window that appears.

5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.

To fix this problem, check if you have your protection installed on any unused device. If your protection is installed on a device that you no longer use, you can sign in to your account to revoke the license from that device.

1. Download the Norton Removal and Reinstall tool.

   Save the file to the Windows desktop.

2. On the Windows desktop, double-click the NRnR icon.

3. Follow the on-screen instructions.

4. Restart your computer.

   After the computer restarts, follow the on-screen instructions to reinstall Norton.

If you see any error when you download your protection, or if your download did not complete, try to redownload from your account.
