Unavailability of Norton Crypto

With Ethereum 2.0 or ETH2, Ethereum has changed how it can be mined. Ethereum transitioned its consensus mechanism from proof-of-work to proof-of-stake. With this change, GPU mining is no longer possible.

As a result, we have disabled our mining feature while we evaluate alternatives.

Any balance you have already earned is available in your Norton Crypto Wallet. You can withdraw the balance to your Coinbase account at any time.

Here are some frequently asked questions to help you around with this mining halt.
