Update your Norton account settings

Sign in to Norton.

In the My Norton window, click Download.

In the screen that appears, click Agree & Download.

Click on the area pointed by the on-screen arrow and follow the on-screen instructions.

Your service gets downloaded, installed, and activated automatically.

Sign in to Norton.

In the My Norton window, click Download.

In the page that appears, click Send a Download Link.

In the Protect Another Device page, do one of the following:

• Email: Type the email address in the text box.

• Text: Select a country and type the mobile number to send the download link as a text message.

• Copy Link: Copy the download link to share later.

Click the send icon.

On the device you want to install Norton, open the email sent by The Norton Team.

If your link has expired or you cannot find the email, sign in to your Norton account to download.

Click the Download Now option in the email.

The download page opens in your default web browser.

Click Agree & Download.

If prompted to sign in, enter your Norton account email address and password.

Click the area pointed by the on-screen arrow and follow the on-screen instructions.

Your service gets downloaded, installed, and activated automatically.

Sign in to Norton.

In the Device Security page, click Help.

In the menu that appears, click Manage License.

Under What would you like to do, click Remove Norton.

Click Next.

In the confirmation window that appears, click Yes.

In the page that appears, click Install Now.

In the Install on New Device page, select one of the following:

• To install Norton on the current device, click Download.

• To install Norton on a different device, click Send Link.

Click Next.

Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.

Go to the My Subscription tab.

In the Norton Order Confirmation page, under Please Confirm Your Order, select Yes, I placed this order and type the product serial number.

You can find the product serial number in the order confirmation email you received from Norton.

Click Confirm Order

Follow the on-screen instructions.

Go to the Account Settings page.

Under Email and Password, tap the edit icon next to the current email address.

In the Update Email window, enter the following:

• Current Password: Type your Norton account password.

• New Email: Type your new email address.

• Confirm New Email: Type your new email address again.

Click Update Email.

Go to the Account Settings page.

Under Email and Password, tap the edit icon next to Password.

In the Change Password window, in the Current Password box, type your current password.

In the New Password and Confirm Password boxes, type your new password.

Click Change Password.

Go to the Billing Information tab.

Click the edit icon.

Type in any information that you want to update.

Click Save.

Asian customers: To update your credit card details, read I want to update my credit card details.

Go to the Order History tab.

Click on your Norton order to view the order details.

Asian customers: If you purchased the Norton subscription at one of the Asian Norton online stores, you can view the order history on the Asian Norton online store using your order number.

Go to the My Subscription tab.

Move the Automatic Renewal switch next to your Norton service to OFF.

In the Turn Off Automatic Renewal page, click Turn Off.

Click Close.

Asian countries: If you purchased your Norton subscription at one of the Asian Norton online stores, your Automatic Renewal settings must be managed directly on the Asian online store. For more information, see Automatic Renewal for Asian countries.

Go to the My Subscription tab.

Move the Automatic Renewal switch next to your Norton subscription to ON.

Read the terms and conditions of Norton Automatic Renewal Service, and click Agree and Continue.

In the Payment Method page, verify your credit card details and click Enroll in Automatic Renewal.

Click Close.

Go to the Account Settings page.

Under Email Preferences, uncheck Email me product updates, offers, and security newsletters to opt-out of the marketing emails.
