The alerts are based on thresholds you set in your Alert Preferences. How do I dispute a transaction?
If the transaction was not completed by you, contact your financial institution. You will need to check immediately as some financial institutions have a limit on the number of days you have to dispute transactions. If the bank holds you responsible, call us and we will investigate.
