Possible reasons for not receiving an alert after applying for credit

Although we have a large number of companies in our network, keep in mind the network does not cover all transactions, not all merchants participate, and on occasion an application may be submitted by a lender or service provider that does not fall within our network. In limited circumstances, it's also possible that an application made within our network may not result in an alert or may result in a delayed alert notification.
We are constantly working to expand the reach of our network and improve coverage to our members. Of course, even if you did not receive an alert from us regarding fraudulent activity, as a member you also have the benefit of our Million Dollar ProtectionTM Package^, which provides coverage for experts and lawyers, if needed, and our Restoration department will work to help restore your good name.

In limited circumstances, it's also possible that an application made may not result in an alert due to it not being reported to a credit bureau or may result in a delayed alert. Should you become a victim of identity theft, the Identity Theft Reimbursement Coverage is here to help. You will be covered for qualified ID theft related expenses as a result of identity theft, up to the limit of your plan. We will also provide lawyers and experts, up to the limit of your plan, if needed to help resolve your case.
^The Identity Theft Reimbursement Coverage with a limit of up to $25,000 for Basic Plus, up to $100,000 for Premium and up to $1 Million for Premium Plus, is underwritten and administered by American Bankers Insurance Company of Florida, an Assurant company, under group or blanket policies issued to LifeLock or its respective affiliates for the benefit of its Members.
